Back by popular demand and leading the procession and performing later in the arena are The London Street Band, a unique ensemble that plays current and classic hits as well as New Orleans Mardi Gras music.

Prepare to be amazed and amused in equals measure by the Dog and Duck Show! Using both trained and untrained sheep dogs to herd ducks and sheep, the crowds will be entertained and educated about common dog behaviour issues and about how these can be resolved.

10am                  May Festival Church Service, Bar Tent and the Recreation Ground. All ages welcome

11am-5pm      Art Show, Parish Church. Entry £2

10am-12pm    Mini Tennis, Tennis Club Parkfield Sports Ground, 4-14 years. £1 per child

11am-4pm      Craft Fair, Kimpton School. Free Entry.

11.30am           Junior 5-a-side Football, Recreation Ground. To register a team please email ROVERS49FC@GMAIL.COM by 6pm, Friday      2nd May. £12 a team.

12-5pm             Bar and Refreshments, Recreation Ground

12.45pm           Dog Show registrations opens, lower Recreation Ground. Entry £2 plus £1 per class.

1-5pm                History Exhibition, Church House

1.30pm             Dog Show begins, Recreation Ground

7.30pm             Brains of Kimpton Final, Kimpton School. Doors and bar open from 7pm. Entry £3

Music Night

Join us for an electrifying music night.
This year’s Music Night is headlined by the Carnegies, a talented local rock band hailing from St Albans and the surrounding area. They’ll be lighting up the stage with your favourite cover songs that are sure to get you singing and dancing along. Don’t miss this chance to support local talent and enjoy an unforgettable night of music!

Children’s Activities

Mini Tennis

Are you aged 4-14 and want to test out some tennis skills? Head along to the tennis club on Sunday 4th May, 10am – 12pm! Just £1 per child.

5-a-side Football

Get some friends together to form a team of 5 (plus 1 sub), at least one of which must have an affiliation with the Parish of Kimpton. The Sunday tournament is in four school year groups:

1-3, 4-6, 7-8 and 9-11

Junior Fun Run

Dig out your trainers…can you complete the 4km Junior Fun Run?

Register on the day, 9.30am at the Recreation Ground.

11am Monday 5th May, start on the Green, medals for all junior finishers!

Games on the Green

While the grown ups soak up the last moments of the festival on Monday 5th May, make lots of free, big bubbles and try your luck at the games on the Green! A small charge of 50p per turn on the dice game (cash only so bring your pocket money!) to join in the fun and chances to win prizes! Other donations very welcome.

All proceeds raised will go to the Willow Foundation.
